Apple slaw, tangy BBQ sauce, gorgonzola & pork patties… In theory it sounds like a good idea, and for the sophisticated palette it probably is, but amongst my friends, the Barbie wasn’t very well received. 

For me, this slider was so much to think about. With all the flavors creeping up, it kept me wanting to take another bite.

Definitely not putting it on the menu from the jump but maybe I’ll do a tasting once the Slider Truck has been established.
